AFC MOBILE JOINS THE LEAGUE FOR CLUBS
The League is excited to announce the addition of AFC Mobile in the Gulf Coast Conference for 2025.
Founded in 2015, AFC Mobile played in the Gulf Coast Premier League from 2017-19. They moved to the NPSL from 2020-22, and rejoined the GCPL in 2024. They will join Sowegans SC and Valdosta FC in The League’s Gulf Coast Conference in 2025.
“We’re excited for the new level of competition that The League for Clubs will bring and we are grateful to be a part of it,” said Dustin Wilson, AFC Mobile Board Member. “We look forward to working closely with the GCPL as it grows and expands its family of clubs, athletes and personnel we are familiar with, and even more excited to meet the new faces and clubs in The League. We look to the future with eager anticipation and excitement!”
The League is anticipating 6-12 clubs in the Gulf Coast Conference in 2025. More announcements will be made in the near future as commitments are being finalized.
